Apple spokeswoman Trudy Miller says that Adobe's Flash is closed and proprietary. Huh?!? Then again, I guess if anyone knows about being "closed and proprietary" it would definitely be Apple.

Interesting to see things from jobs' skewed perception. I thing he does make some good arguments though. My only issue with the whole thing is that he should at least give consumers the freedom to make that choice. Support flash, but maybe give people the ability to disable it if it takes up too many resources.
Josh, what exactly are your reasons for deciding not to purchase apple products based on this adobe stuff? It doesn't seem as though flash is really all that necessary. |
